Shalini Tewari, Head of TechGig and Chief Operating Officer at CoolBoots Media, says the March 7 and 8 virtual event will examine leadership influence, visibility and business outcomes in the technology sector
TechGig will host She Builds the Future 2026, a two day virtual leadership summit scheduled for March 7 and 8, bringing together women leaders from global technology and financial services companies.
The summit will feature speakers from organisations including Fiserv, Wipro, Siemens, Wells Fargo and OpenText. The discussions will focus on leadership development, team management and decision making in technology organisations.
The programme is structured across three sessions hosted on the Airmeet platform.
The opening panel on March 7 will examine leadership gaps and progress across engineering, data and business functions with speakers from Fiserv, Nucleus Software, Wipro, Siemens and GlobalLogic.
A Cross Talk session scheduled on March 8 will explore executive presence and cross functional leadership with participants from OpenText and C5i.
The closing panel on March 8 will discuss organisational leadership and technology driven business transformation with speakers from Wells Fargo, Societe Generale GSC, Epsilon India and CoolBoots Media.

As part of the extended Women’s Day programming, TechGig will host a podcast conversation on March 16 featuring Harnidh Kaur. The session will focus on career development in artificial intelligence and the role of women in shaping technology driven industries.
