With 18 years in luxury hospitality across Taj Hotels, The Imperial, The Claridges and IHG Crowne Plaza, he steps into the role to guide operations, revenue and guest experience at the New Delhi landmark
New Delhi, India: The LaLiT New Delhi has named Vishal Sharma as its new General Manager, marking his return to the property with over 18 years of experience across sales, marketing and hotel operations within India’s luxury hospitality sector.
Vishal Sharma began his career with Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces before moving into senior sales and marketing roles at The Imperial New Delhi, The Claridges New Delhi and Radisson MBD Noida. He previously served as Head of Sales at The LaLiT New Delhi and later as National Head of Sales, Business Hotels, at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group. Most recently, he was Director of Sales and Marketing at IHG Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini and was part of the IHG EMEAA General Manager Development Programme 2025.

In his new role, Vishal Sharma will lead hotel operations, commercial planning and guest engagement initiatives at the flagship property.
