Pranjal Jain Joins Pantomath Capital Advisors as Senior Vice President for ECM Sales and Coverage

With over 15 years of institutional equity experience across Morgan Stanley, Axis Capital and SBI CAP Securities, Jain joins the firm as Mahavir Lunawat, Chairman and Managing Director, Pantomath Capital Advisors, outlines its institutional investor engagement priorities.

Pantomath Capital Advisors, part of Pantomath Group, has appointed Pranjal Jain as Senior Vice President, ECM Sales and Coverage.
In her new position, Jain will work across institutional equity coverage and equity capital markets activities, with a focus on engagement with institutional investors.
She brings more than 15 years of experience in institutional equity research, financial modelling, thematic research and client coverage.

Before joining Pantomath, Jain worked with Morgan Stanley as Research Associate, Institutional Equity.
At Morgan Stanley, her research responsibilities covered consumer durables, electronics manufacturing services (EMS), railways and building products.
Earlier, she served as Assistant Vice President, Institutional Equity, at Axis Capital, where she covered the utilities and infrastructure sectors.

She also previously worked with SBI CAP Securities.
Her experience extends across consumer durables, EMS, railways, building products, utilities, infrastructure and logistics.
Through these assignments, Jain has developed expertise in analysing sector developments, preparing financial models and producing research intended to support institutional investment decisions.
At Pantomath Capital Advisors, her responsibilities will include contributing to the firm’s institutional equity coverage and supporting its equity capital markets operations.

The appointment comes as the company continues to develop its institutional investor relationships and capital markets business.

Lunawat also noted that her expertise would complement the firm’s existing equity capital markets activities.
