TCFM Marks 10 Years with 140 Million Sq Ft Under Management Across 30 Cities
Mumbai, November 3, 2026: Technique Control Facility Management (TCFM), a subsidiary of Embassy Services Private Limited (ESPL), has completed 10 years of operations, reporting an expansion in its workforce, geographical presence and facility management services.
Established as a dedicated workforce capability within the Embassy Services ecosystem in 2016, TCFM has developed into an integrated facility management company serving multiple sectors.
The company currently manages more than 140 million sq. ft. of real estate across 30 cities in 12 states, with operations covering more than 200 client locations.

WORKFORCE AND BUSINESS EXPANSION
TCFM began with approximately 500 employees in 2016 and reports a workforce of around 16,000 professionals today.
Its services have expanded across commercial properties, manufacturing facilities, healthcare establishments, hospitality businesses and other sectors.
The company provides housekeeping, technical services, landscaping, horticulture, office support and security services.
Its broader portfolio also includes residential, industrial, warehousing, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, education and energy facilities.
The expansion has required the company to manage different operational requirements while maintaining service processes across multiple locations.

SPECIALISED SERVICES THROUGH TCFM PLUS
As part of its business development, TCFM introduced TCFM Plus, a service line covering specialised facility management requirements.
The offering includes safety, compliance, training, audits and specialised cleaning.
The company intends to address these requirements alongside its existing integrated facility management services.

OPERATING STANDARDS AND SITE AUDITS
TCFM reports using 80 standard operating procedures to guide service delivery.
Its operational activities include more than 230 site audits annually, over 350 site due diligence assessments and more than 104 annual site transitions.
The company also holds four ISO certifications, although the release does not specify the individual standards.
These measures form part of its approach to maintaining operational consistency across its portfolio.

WORKFORCE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Employee training has remained a significant component of TCFM’s operating model.
The company conducts more than 3,700 training sessions annually, supported by five training centres and over 100 training modules.
It also reports more than 8,000 hours of onsite training each year.
Its practical training facility, Gurukul, supports workforce development for different facility management functions.
The training activities are intended to prepare employees for technical, operational and compliance requirements across client locations.

TECHNOLOGY IN FACILITY MANAGEMENT
TCFM has incorporated digital systems into its operations to improve monitoring and access to facility information.
Its technology capabilities include Integrated Facility Management System dashboards, Internet of Things integration, Building Management Systems, digital reporting and technology supported audits.
These tools are intended to provide greater visibility into site operations and support decisions based on operational data.

DHARMVIR SINGH DISCUSSES FUTURE PRIORITIES
Dharmvir Singh, Country Head, TCFM, said the company’s next phase would focus on combining workforce capabilities, operational processes and technology.
“The next phase of facility management will be defined by how effectively we integrate people, processes, technology and governance to meet evolving business needs.”
He also highlighted the company’s plans to develop specialised services, invest in employee training and improve operational visibility.
“Our focus is on building a future-ready organisation that delivers quality, meets evolving regulatory and ESG requirements, and creates sustainable value for our clients.”
Singh said employees would remain central to the company’s plans as it responds to changing industry requirements.
A DECADE OF OPERATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
TCFM’s ten year journey reflects its transition from a workforce management function within ESPL to a facility management business with operations across multiple sectors.
Its reported milestones include expansion to 30 cities, more than 200 client locations, 140 million sq. ft. under management and a workforce of approximately 16,000.
The company plans to continue developing its specialised services, training programmes and technology capabilities as it addresses changing client and regulatory requirements.
