Yogesh Agrawal and Chandan Kumar led the surveillance partner engagement programme, which introduced a performance linked incentive offering eligible partners a trip to Spain and Italy
Consistent Infosystems has concluded its Surveillance Bali Trip, bringing together more than 150 channel partners from across India for business interaction, recognition activities and partner engagement.
The programme also marked the announcement of a new annual incentive scheme for surveillance partners. Under the scheme, eligible partners who achieve specified annual business targets can earn a trip to Spain and Italy.
The Bali programme was led by Yogesh Agrawal, CMD and Co Founder, Consistent Infosystems, and Chandan Kumar, VP, Sales, Consistent Infosystems, along with members of the company’s team.
Partners from different regions participated in discussions with the leadership and channel teams, providing an opportunity to exchange business perspectives and discuss collaboration across the company’s partner network.
The programme also included Reward and Recognition activities and team bonding sessions. These were organised to acknowledge partner contributions and facilitate interaction beyond routine business engagements.
Yogesh Agrawal, CMD and Co Founder, Consistent Infosystems, said, “Our channel partners have always been an integral part of Consistent’s growth journey. This trip was an opportunity to spend meaningful time with our partners, recognise their contribution and strengthen the relationships that go beyond business. The R&R and team-bonding activities were planned to create a more connected partner experience, while the new Spain and Italy incentive scheme is another step towards rewarding our surveillance partners for their performance and commitment. We look forward to building on these partnerships and creating greater opportunities for mutual growth.”
The newly announced annual incentive programme links eligibility for the Spain and Italy trip to specified business targets. According to the company, the initiative is intended to recognise partner performance and encourage business growth within its surveillance operations.
The Bali trip forms part of Consistent Infosystems’ channel engagement activities, which include partner recognition, performance based incentives and interactions with its distribution network.
