NAR-India leadership reset follows high value deal activity at Mumbai convention

Hyderabad, March 28, 2026: NAR-India has announced its new national leadership team following its annual convention in Mumbai, where business engagements exceeding Rs 3000 crore were recorded, reflecting growing scale and structure in India’s real estate brokerage sector.
The convention brought together more than 1,800 delegates, including realtors, developers, investors, financial institutions, retailers, and corporate occupiers. The scale of participation translated into deal activity, partnerships, and collaboration across residential, commercial, and retail segments.

Structured business meetings, project presentations, and investment discussions contributed to measurable outcomes during the event. Corporate groups such as Reliance, Tata, and Birla explored large-scale real estate opportunities, indicating increasing institutional engagement with organised brokerage networks.
The event also featured industry sessions led by Dr Niranjan Hiranandani and Hafeez Contractor, along with addresses by Boman Irani, Savji Dholakia, and Jaya Kishori, bringing together perspectives across business and policy. Hosted by the AREA Group, the convention was managed by a 45-member organising team.
