Recognition for all three Sterlite Group companies in India's Best Workplaces 2026 reflects a shared focus on workplace culture, employee experience and organisational practices across the renewable energy, power transmission and power infrastructure sectors.
Serentica Renewables ranked ninth, Sterlite Electric secured the twenty second position and Resonia placed forty sixth in India’s Best Workplaces 2026, while Pratik Agarwal said the recognition reflects a shared culture built on trust across all three businesses.
Three Sterlite Group companies have secured places in the Top 50 of India’s Best Workplaces 2026, marking a collective recognition across the infrastructure and energy sectors.
Serentica Renewables, Resonia Limited and Sterlite Electric Limited were recognised by Great Place To Work, with Serentica Renewables ranked ninth, Sterlite Electric ranked twenty second and Resonia ranked forty sixth. The achievement places all three companies from the Group in the Top 50 rankings for 2026.
The recognition is based on an assessment of workplace culture, employee experience, organisational practices and employee feedback, with Great Place To Work evaluating trust, pride, camaraderie and leadership across participating organisations.
