Amrita Gupta of Manglam Group and Rajeev Menon of Marriott International signed the agreement in the presence of David Marriott and N. K. Gupta.
Manglam Group has announced a ₹350 crore hospitality project on the Jaipur Ajmer Highway through a Sheraton Hotel signed with Marriott International.
The hotel will have 220 keys and will be developed across more than 3 lakh sq. ft. The project is Manglam Group’s third collaboration with Marriott International and forms part of its wider ₹1,000 crore hospitality investment roadmap.
The agreement was signed by Amrita Gupta, Director of Manglam Group and CEO of Manglam Spa and Resorts, and Rajeev Menon, President, Asia Pacific excluding Greater China, Marriott International. David Marriott, Chairman of the Board, Marriott International, and N. K. Gupta, Founder and Chairman of Manglam Group, were present at the signing.
The Marriott delegation was welcomed in Jaipur with a programme featuring Rajasthani performances and artisan displays.
The upcoming Sheraton Hotel will be located on the Jaipur Ajmer Highway, NH 48, a corridor connecting Jaipur with Ajmer, Pushkar and Kishangarh. The location also offers access to Jaipur International Airport and is close to Mahindra World City SEZ, which supports corporate travel and MICE demand.
The hotel is planned as a luxury box hotel with premium accommodation and contemporary hospitality services. Its design and guest experiences will draw from Jaipur’s cultural heritage, craft traditions and regional character.
Amrita Gupta said, “Jaipur is no longer simply a place the world visits. It is becoming the place the world chooses for its most important moments, from weddings to business. At Manglam, our vision has always been to create hospitality that carries the soul of Rajasthan onto a global stage, and the Sheraton Hotel sits at the very heart of that ambition. Sheraton is a name families across India have trusted with their biggest celebrations for generations, and to bring it to Ajmer Road is to offer that legacy in the heart of the country’s wedding capital. Through this hotel, we hope to do far more than host guests. We want to carry Jaipur’s culture, craft and warmth to the world, and to place this city firmly on the global map for celebration, leisure and business alike.”
David Marriott said, “My grandparents founded Marriott on the belief that taking care of associates leads to better guest experiences, and ultimately long-term success. Over the years, we have also learned that meaningful growth is built on strong partnerships and shared values. We are pleased to collaborate with Manglam Group on Sheraton Hotel and look forward to bringing together Sheraton’s globally recognised hospitality standards and Manglam’s vision for creating exceptional hospitality experiences in Rajasthan.”
With Westin Jaipur on Delhi Road, Fern by Marriott in Jagatpura near the airport and the planned Sheraton on Ajmer Road, Manglam Group is expanding its hospitality presence across Jaipur’s major growth corridors.
Founded in 1995 by Nand Kishore Gupta, Manglam Group has completed 30 years with more than 41,000 customers and over 125 completed projects covering 6.2 crore sq. ft. by 2026. The Group is also expanding through Manglam Spa and Resorts, Fun Kingdom and Manglam Plus Medicity Hospital.
