WA VANA places a Japanese inspired landscape at the centre of community life, combining spaces for meditation, physical activity, children’s play and interaction among residents across generations.

Amaan Chawla, President of BPTP Limited, said the RERA registered Sector 80 development combines Ikigai inspired planning with forest bathing trails, meditation pavilions, yoga decks and community spaces.

An approximately one acre Japanese forest will form the central shared space of WA VANA, a gated residential development introduced by BPTP Limited within its integrated township in Sector 80, Faridabad.
The development draws from Ikigai, the Japanese philosophy centred on finding purpose and meaning in everyday life. It has been planned as an intergenerational community where landscaped areas, wellness facilities and shared spaces can be used by residents across age groups.

The name WA VANA combines WA, representing harmony, and VANA, symbolising nature. The project follows the theme Harmony: A Zen Sanctuary in the Oasis, with contemporary minimalist design and locally adapted, drought tolerant planting influenced by traditional Japanese gardens.
Its planning also draws from five Japanese philosophies. These include Kaizen, associated with continuous improvement; Ichigo Ichie, which focuses on cherishing each moment; Shokunin, representing craftsmanship; Osewa, centred on caring for others; and Gaman, associated with patience and resilience.

The development is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number HRERA-PKL-FBD-939-2026.
The Japanese forest has been planned as a common wellness, recreation and community space. It will include a Shinrin Yoku forest bathing trail, Zen gardens, bamboo groves, meditation pavilions, yoga decks, walking and jogging trails, children’s sensory play areas, community gardens, water features, an amphitheatre and shaded seating spaces.
The different areas are intended to support meditation, physical activity, children’s play, interaction among residents and greater engagement with the natural surroundings.

Amaan Chawla, President of BPTP Limited, said, “Homebuyers today are looking beyond physical infrastructure; they seek communities that enrich their everyday lives, promote well-being and foster meaningful human connections.”
“With WA VANA, we have reimagined residential living through the philosophy of Ikigai, creating a thoughtfully planned, sustainable neighbourhood where wellness, nature and community come together seamlessly. Every aspect of the development has been designed to encourage a balanced lifestyle while delivering long-term value for residents,” he added.

Chawla said the project reflects the company’s approach to developing residential communities that combine planning, environmental responsibility and living spaces designed around changing homebuyer preferences.
Located in Sector 80, Faridabad, WA VANA is connected to the Delhi Mumbai Expressway, NH 19, Jewar International Airport and other infrastructure corridors. The surrounding area includes residential developments, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail destinations and commercial centres.
The project has been conceptualised with landscape design firm Coopers Hill. Its planning approach integrates landscaping, wellness facilities and sustainability measures into the residential environment while balancing appearance, functionality and long term environmental considerations.
BPTP has more than 20 years of experience across the NCR real estate market. Its portfolio includes over 50 residential and commercial projects, with more than 25,000 units delivered.
