The new podcast series explores how women entrepreneurs are building and scaling D2C brands as social commerce contributes around 10% of Myntra’s platform revenue.
Myntra Glamstream has launched FoundHer, a podcast series featuring women entrepreneurs behind emerging and established D2C brands across fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
The series includes Sujata and Taniya Biswas of SUTA, Karishma Kewalramani of FAE Beauty, Natasha Tuli of Soulflower and Parul Gulati of Nish Hair.
Each episode focuses on the decisions, experiences and business philosophies that have shaped the founders’ journeys as they build brands in an increasingly digital-first consumer environment.
FoundHer sits within Glamstream, Myntra’s content-to-commerce proposition, which combines entertainment, creator-led discovery and shopping within the platform.
A spokesperson for Myntra said Glamstream was created around the intersection of content, community and commerce, with the aim of reflecting how consumers increasingly discover and shop for products.
With FoundHer, we wanted to spotlight some incredible female founders and give shoppers a look into how some of their favorite brands were built before they hit their carts,” the spokesperson said.
The launch comes as content-led shopping becomes a larger part of Myntra’s business.
Glamstream currently hosts more than 4,000 hours of content across music videos, travel vlogs, weddings, styling and beauty shows, podcasts, creator-led formats and Myntra exclusives.
It also features more than 4,000 shared streams involving celebrities, influencers and digital creators.
According to Myntra, social commerce now contributes around 10% of the platform’s revenue, indicating the growing role of content and creators in product discovery and purchase decisions.
FoundHer uses this content-led environment to connect founder stories with consumers already engaging with fashion, beauty and lifestyle categories.
The series also reflects Myntra’s broader engagement with India’s D2C ecosystem.
The platform works with emerging brands on visibility, curated shopping journeys and merchandising insights intended to help them understand changing consumer behaviour and extend their reach beyond their initial communities.
Women-led businesses form part of this approach through MynShakti, under Myntra’s ShECommerce umbrella.
More than 100 women-led businesses across fashion, beauty and home are receiving mentorship and growth support through the programme.
FoundHer extends that focus into content by giving women founders a platform to discuss the thinking and decisions behind the brands they have built.
For Myntra, the podcast also brings another format into Glamstream’s wider content library while connecting entrepreneurship stories directly with consumers who may already be discovering the featured brands on the platform.
The series includes episodes featuring SUTA, FAE Beauty, Nish Hair and Soulflower.
