The mixed use development on the Jaipur Ajmer Highway has recorded over ₹300 crore in sales and is expected to be completed by 2029, featuring retail, office spaces and a 220 key Sheraton hotel.
Jaipur, 21 July 2026: Manglam Group has announced the launch of PinkWest, a ₹1,000 crore integrated commercial development on the Jaipur Ajmer Highway, marking one of the company’s largest mixed use projects in Rajasthan.
Spread across approximately 13 lakh square feet, the development has already recorded more than ₹300 crore in sales, according to the company. Manglam Group estimates the project will have a development value of around ₹1,500 crore upon completion.
PinkWest has been planned as an integrated commercial destination combining retail, office spaces, hospitality, dining, entertainment and lifestyle facilities within a single development. The project is expected to be completed by 2029, subject to construction progress and regulatory approvals.
N. K. Gupta, Chairman, Manglam Group, said, “The future of commercial real estate lies in creating destinations rather than standalone assets. Businesses, retailers and investors today seek integrated ecosystems that combine work, hospitality, retail and experiences within a single address. Crossing ₹300 crore in sales is a strong endorsement of this vision and reinforces our belief that West Jaipur is emerging as the city’s next major commercial growth corridor.”
Located along the Jaipur Ajmer Highway, the project has connectivity to NH 48, Ring Road, Mansarovar, Vaishali Nagar and Mahindra Special Economic Zone, positioning it within one of West Jaipur’s expanding commercial corridors.
According to the company, the development will include 287 retail spaces, 262 office units and a 220 key Sheraton hotel operated by Marriott International. The integrated project will also feature restaurants, entertainment venues and lifestyle spaces.
Amrita Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, Manglam Spa and Resorts, said, “One of the greatest lessons hospitality has taught us is that people rarely remember a building; they remember how a place made them feel. Sheraton carries that vision forward, reinforcing our conviction that thoughtfully curated hospitality can elevate an entire destination while creating enduring value for communities, partners and guests alike.”
Manglam Group said the project has been planned using sustainable green building principles and is intended to support the commercial growth of West Jaipur while creating a destination for businesses, investors and visitors.
