More than 50,000 students across IITs, IIMs, NITs and leading universities participated in Vande Bharatam's nationwide campus outreach, reflecting growing interest in entrepreneurship and innovation among young Indians.

Vande Bharatam engaged more than 50,000 students across 48 campuses in eight cities within 10 days, while Gautam Adani said educational institutions play a vital role in shaping innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.

Vande Bharatam has recorded a strong early response after completing a nationwide outreach programme across leading educational institutions, engaging more than 50,000 students in less than 10 days.
The entrepreneurship initiative, launched by Gautam Adani, conducted outreach across 48 campuses in eight cities, including Lucknow, Kanpur, Bhubaneswar, Bengaluru, Patna, Kochi, Bhopal and Indore. The campaign covered Indian Institutes of Technology, Indian Institutes of Management, National Institutes of Technology and other universities to introduce students to the programme.

According to the organisers, the campaign generated applications from nearly every campus visited, making Vande Bharatam one of the most widely registered entrepreneurship initiatives across participating institutions in recent months.
The campus activations included branded information vehicles, student engagement activities, audio visual presentations and QR code based registrations, allowing students to learn about the programme and apply directly from their campuses.
Gautam Adani, Chairman, Adani Group, said, “Educational institutions are where ideas are challenged, confidence is built and aspirations begin to take shape. They provide the ideal environment to encourage young minds to think differently, innovate fearlessly and believe that their ideas can make a difference. Through Vande Bharatam, we want to give every innovator, whether a student, entrepreneur or professional, a platform to learn, grow and turn ideas into meaningful solutions. The response we have received has been truly encouraging, and I hope many more aspiring innovators from across the country will come forward and be part of this journey.”

Applications received so far span sectors including technology, artificial intelligence, healthcare, agriculture, education, sustainability, manufacturing, retail and consumer solutions, reflecting participation from innovators at different stages, ranging from early ideas to established ventures.
The initiative is open to individuals with innovative concepts, prototypes, early stage businesses and existing enterprises. Shortlisted participants will receive mentorship, incubation support and opportunities to interact with industry leaders before advancing to the national finale in Ahmedabad, where selected finalists will present their ideas before a jury.
Vande Bharatam aims to identify and support entrepreneurial talent from every State and Union Territory by providing a structured platform that connects innovators with mentoring, industry exposure and growth opportunities.
