Dr. Devesh Kumar Singh, Chairman, Dr. Vikram Singh, Chancellor, and Prof. (Dr.) Uma Bhardwaj, Vice-Chancellor, Noida International University, said the rankings reflect the university’s commitment to sustainability, inclusive education and global partnerships.
Noida International University (NIU) has secured multiple global rankings in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2026, recognising its contributions towards sustainability, inclusive education, healthcare, gender equality and global collaboration in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Among its key achievements, the university secured a global rank in the 401–600 band for SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, acknowledging its efforts in sustainable resource management, environmental responsibility and institutional sustainability practices.
The university also ranked in the 601–800 band globally for SDG 5: Gender Equality, recognising initiatives that promote equal opportunities, women’s empowerment, leadership development and an inclusive academic environment.
Further strengthening its sustainability profile, NIU secured a global ranking in the 801–1000 band for SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being for its work in healthcare education, medical research, community health programmes and overall well-being.
In the Overall Impact Rankings, Noida International University was placed in the 1001–1500 global band under the theme “Growing Responsibly, Thriving Together, Innovating Tomorrow.” The university also secured a 1001–1500 global ranking for SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, recognising collaborations with industry, academia, government organisations and international institutions.
