Rishabh Goel, Co founder and Chief Executive Officer of Credgenics, said the platform is built to help insurers improve renewals, reduce lapses and manage customer interactions through data driven systems
Insurance companies are facing increasing complexity in managing customer engagement as policy volumes grow and product offerings expand.
Industry processes such as renewals, servicing and premium collections continue to rely on fragmented systems and manual follow ups, often resulting in missed renewals and inconsistent customer experiences.
Against this backdrop, Credgenics has expanded into the insurance segment with the introduction of CredInsure, an artificial intelligence based platform designed to manage policyholder engagement across the lifecycle.
The platform is structured to bring multiple engagement functions into a single system, covering renewals, onboarding, servicing, premium collections, upselling, cross selling and lapse recovery. This approach is intended to help insurers coordinate activities more systematically while improving operational visibility.
CredInsure uses data based models to assess customer behaviour indicators such as renewal likelihood and lapse probability. These insights enable insurers to prioritise engagement efforts and identify policies that require timely intervention.
The platform also introduces workflow automation with task allocation across teams and communication channels. This reduces dependence on manual coordination and supports consistent execution across operational units.
For communication, the system supports multiple channels including voice based automation, digital outreach tools and field operations. Integrated payment options and monitoring dashboards provide visibility into customer interactions and progress across engagement stages.
Rishabh Goel, Co founder and Chief Executive Officer of Credgenics, said, “As insurance penetration deepens and product portfolios become more complex, there is a need for intelligent and integrated platforms to serve customers better. With CredInsure, we are extending our AI powered technology platform to cater to the insurance industry.”
Anand Agrawal, Co founder and Chief Product and Technology Officer of Credgenics, added, “Insurance companies today manage large volumes of customer interactions across multiple channels, which often creates operational complexity. CredInsure brings together predictive analytics, workflow automation and digital communication capabilities in a single platform.”
The platform is designed to support insurers in improving renewal engagement, reducing lapse risks and strengthening coordination across customer interaction channels.
