Capital investment of ₹12 crore powers a 27,000 plus sq ft workspace at Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza Mall targeting 90 percent occupancy and ₹15 crore annual revenue
Greater Noida, 18 February 2026: superco has announced the launch of its community-driven coworking centre in Greater Noida, developed around the idea that productivity improves when professionals manage energy as intentionally as time. The centre has been established with a capital investment of approximately ₹12 crore.
Located at Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza Mall in Sector 4, the 27,000 plus square foot facility houses around 400 seats across multiple workspace formats and pricing options. The layout includes three large open seating zones, six private offices ranging from one to six seats, fully equipped meeting rooms, and compact meeting pods designed for two to three professionals.
superco positions itself beyond the conventional coworking model by combining premium work infrastructure with purpose-built spaces that support focus, collaboration, and recharge within one integrated environment. Discovery Seats are available on a daily basis for professionals who prefer to experience the facility before opting for a longer commitment.
The workspace has been structured to align with varying energy levels during the workday. High quality workstations and private offices are designed for uninterrupted tasks, while meeting rooms and pods enable structured discussions. Members also have access to active reset areas that include cricket nets, bowling, pool, snooker, table tennis, PlayStation gaming, and arcade setups intended to provide quick breaks that help sustain output.
The company is targeting stabilised occupancy of 88 to 90 percent within the first three months of operations. At steady state, this translates to projected annual revenue of approximately ₹15 crore. The operating model focuses on optimising seat yield, improving operating leverage, and building revenue streams beyond traditional desk rentals.
Vikram Narula, Managing Director, superco, said, “When you enter your workspace, it should give you energy, not take it away. superco is our answer to that. It’s not a coworking space with add-ons, and it’s not a gaming center with desks. It’s a completely new category. We built superco to solve a modern problem: people are productive but disconnected, busy but burnt out. superco brings work, play, and community under one roof in a way that productivity is no longer a result of working harder, it will be about working happier.”
superco is designed for freelancers, founders, startups, corporate teams, and independent professionals seeking a performance-oriented setting that adapts to different work rhythms. Members can transition between focused execution, discussion, recovery, and collaboration within the same workspace.
The company plans to expand across key urban markets as part of its growth roadmap.
