The multi year agreement begins ahead of the 2026 Hundred season and gives London Spirit access to CricViz tools including Centurion and Video Scorecard, with Michael Kivido and Mo Bobat linking the partnership to player recruitment, squad planning, and high performance support for both men’s and women’s teams.
Performance analysis and data led decision making are taking a larger role in franchise cricket as London Spirit appoints CricViz as its Performance Analysis provider under a multi year agreement ahead of the 2026 Hundred season.
The deal forms part of what London Spirit describes as the next phase of its development and gives the franchise access to CricViz’s data and analytics solutions across high performance and data science. The partnership will support both the men’s and women’s teams, while also feeding into upcoming auction planning and wider squad decisions.
Under the agreement, London Spirit will use CricViz tools including Centurion and Video Scorecard as part of its performance and preparation processes. The arrangement also covers access to performance data, analytical insights, and decision support tools designed to assist coaches and support staff across both teams.
Auction related planning is another key part of the partnership. CricViz will provide bespoke data science support around major decision points, including squad construction and player recruitment ahead of the season.
Michael Kivido, Managing Director for CricViz, said, “London Spirit are building something exciting, and we’re delighted to be working with such a forward looking franchise. Our focus is on providing clear, trusted insights that support better decision making, whether that’s on the field, in preparation, or at key strategic moments ahead of the season. We’re looking forward to working closely with the High Performance team across both the men’s and women’s programmes.”
Mo Bobat, Director of Cricket for London Spirit, said, “It’s great to have CricViz as our data and analytics provider, the quality of their offering is genuinely elite. Having worked closely with them and their tools for many years, across both international and franchise set ups, I’ve really come to trust them and their insights. As London Spirit embarks on this next exciting chapter in our story, I’m looking forward to having CricViz’s support with our player recruitment and team performance decision making.”
The agreement adds to CricViz’s standing in cricket performance analysis, an area that continues to grow in importance as teams and franchises look for stronger support in match preparation, recruitment planning, and on field decision making.
