Bhaulal Salunke, Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Centric Juhu, brings more than 12 years of hospitality experience including leadership roles during pre opening projects at Hyatt Place Aurangabad Airport and multiple Fern Hotels across Maharashtra.
Leadership movement within the hospitality sector continues as hotels focus on strengthening people management and workplace culture across their teams. Hyatt Centric Juhu has appointed Bhaulal Salunke as Human Resources Manager, bringing over 12 years of experience in hospitality people management and HR operations.
In his new role, Salunke will oversee the hotel’s human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development initiatives, and workplace culture development aligned with Hyatt’s organisational values.
Salunke began his hospitality career in operational roles that involved close coordination with hotel teams and daily workforce management. Over time, he moved into leadership responsibilities, developing expertise in workforce planning, team leadership and organisational development.
His professional journey gradually shifted toward human resources, where he built experience across recruitment processes, performance management systems, training initiatives and employee engagement programmes within hotel environments.
Salunke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree along with a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Administration. His academic background complements his experience in managing people focused operations within hospitality organisations.
During his career, Salunke has also been involved in several hotel pre opening projects across Maharashtra. These assignments included responsibilities related to team building, HR process development and workplace culture development during early operational stages.
His experience includes contributions to the pre openings of Hyatt Place Aurangabad Airport, Enrise by Sayaji Aurangabad, The Fern Igatpuri, The Fern Panchgani and The Fern Residency Satara.
