Festive homebuying gets a flexible push in Mumbai with Chandak Group’s 40:60 offer

Chandak Group has introduced a limited period 40:60 Developer Subvention Scheme across Chandak Highscape City, Chandak Vansham, Chandak Sarvam, Chandak Treesourus and Chandak Greenairy until 31st March 2026, with a spokesperson from Chandak Group saying the festive Gudi Padwa initiative is aimed at making premium homeownership more accessible during the company’s 40 year milestone.

A festive homeownership offer has been introduced in Mumbai as Chandak Group marks Gudi Padwa and its 40 year milestone with a limited period payment scheme across five residential developments.
The developer has announced a 40:60 Developer Subvention Scheme that allows buyers to pay 40% upfront while deferring the remaining 60% through the subvention plan until possession. The scheme is valid until 31st March 2026, after which the effective price of residences at these projects will increase from 1st April 2026.

The offer covers Chandak Highscape City, Chembur East, Chandak Vansham, Vile Parle West, Chandak Sarvam, Andheri East, Chandak Treesourus, Malad West, and Chandak Greenairy, Borivali East. According to the company, these projects offer 1 to 4 BHK premium residences across well connected micro markets in Mumbai for both end users and long term investors.
Chandak Group said the payment structure has been designed to improve affordability, reduce immediate financial pressure, and offer greater flexibility to buyers during the festive period. The company has linked the initiative to both the Gudi Padwa season and its 40th anniversary celebrations.
