Justdial said it is supporting more than 55 lakh MSMEs in Delhi NCR, with business owners including Karam Veer Singh of TSE Shaft Elevators India Private Limited, Sunil Kumar of Transport Carriers of India Logistics, Manoj Bhardwaj of Dev Bhumi Packers and Movers, and Akash Kumar of Shri Sai Computer Learning Centre linking the platform to stronger lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue visibility, while Prashant Nagar, Chief Business Officer of Justdial, said local enterprises are increasingly using digital platforms as critical growth partners.
Digital visibility is becoming a decisive factor for small and medium businesses in Delhi NCR, where enterprises across manufacturing, logistics, services, and education are increasingly relying on online discovery platforms to generate leads, build credibility, and expand in a competitive market.
Justdial said it is accelerating growth for more than 55 lakh MSMEs in Delhi NCR through its local search platform, which connects listed businesses with high intent consumer searches. The company said this has made it an important channel for businesses looking to reduce dependence on traditional marketing and improve customer acquisition.
For some businesses, the platform has become central to day to day lead generation. Karam Veer Singh, Director at TSE Shaft Elevators India Private Limited, Delhi, said, “We started with a ₹25,000 Justdial package and began receiving 3 to 4 leads daily. Over time, we upgraded our plan, and today nearly 90% of our business comes through Justdial. The quality and consistency of enquiries have been a game changer for us.”
The experience reflects how B2B focused businesses are using online search visibility to secure a steady flow of enquiries without extensive outreach. In the logistics segment, Sunil Kumar, from Transport Carriers of India Logistics, Okhla, said, “Justdial contributes 60 to 70% to our business growth. We don’t have to run around looking for clients. Sitting comfortably, we are able to connect directly with B2B customers and receive relevant enquiries consistently.”
Service businesses are also seeing a similar shift. Manoj Bhardwaj, owner of Dev Bhumi Packers and Movers, Delhi, said his business has built long term stability through leads generated on the platform. “In the last five years, whatever we have achieved is largely because of Justdial. It’s a very solid platform, and we regularly work on leads received through it. It has helped us build a stable and growing business,” he said.
In the education and skill development segment, Akash Kumar, owner of Shri Sai Computer Learning Centre, Delhi, described the returns from the platform in direct revenue terms. “I started with a ₹15,000 Justdial package in 2019. From that investment, I earn ₹1 to 2 lakh per month regularly, and sometimes even ₹5 to 10 lakh per month in revenue. I highly recommend Justdial services to anyone looking to grow their business,” he said.
The company said these experiences reflect a wider trend among Delhi NCR entrepreneurs who are using the platform for sustained visibility, measurable returns, and more efficient customer acquisition. As more small businesses move toward digital first operating models, search based discovery is becoming part of how they compete and scale.
Prashant Nagar, Chief Business Officer of Justdial, said, “Local enterprises are the heartbeat of India’s economy, and online platforms are a critical driver of growth. We’re seeing more and more local businesses take bold steps to grow digitally. What’s encouraging is seeing entrepreneurs use Justdial as their critical growth partner. When our vendors tell us that a large part of their business now comes through enquiries generated on our platform, it reassures us of the impact we have been creating and also encourages us to keep doing more. Our focus has always been simple: connect the right customers to the right businesses, and help entrepreneurs grow and manage their businesses with consistency and confidence.”
With digital adoption continuing to expand across urban India, platforms such as Justdial are increasingly being positioned as part of the infrastructure through which MSMEs build visibility, generate demand, and participate in the country’s evolving digital economy.
