K. L. Bansal, Chairman and Managing Director of DEE Development Engineers Limited, says the €1.9 million mandate for HRSG piping supply through its Thailand subsidiary highlights growing international demand for complex power infrastructure projects.
Mumbai, March 5, 2026: DEE Development Engineers Limited, an engineering and process piping solutions provider listed on BSE and NSE, has announced that its material subsidiary DEE Piping Systems Thailand Co., Ltd. has received a Letter of Intent from an international customer for the prefabrication and supply of piping and supports for a Taiwan based project.
The Letter of Intent is valued at approximately 1.9 million euros, equivalent to around 20 crore rupees. The customer’s identity has not been disclosed due to commercial considerations. The mandate involves the prefabrication and supply of piping materials associated with Heat Recovery Steam Generator systems, which are used in combined cycle power plants.
Under the engagement, the Thailand subsidiary will undertake the prefabrication and supply of HRSG piping and related supports for the Taiwan project. The execution timeline for the order is scheduled for completion by May 2027.
The mandate adds to the company’s international order pipeline through its Thailand manufacturing platform, which supports customers across power generation and energy infrastructure sectors.

The Taiwan mandate follows other international wins announced during the current quarter, including a previously disclosed Letter of Intent exceeding 40 million US dollars for HRSG piping supply across sixteen units from a United States headquartered original equipment manufacturer.
In addition, the company has secured domestic and Thailand subsidiary orders aggregating more than 170 crore rupees across fabrication, HRSG piping and fittings. These mandates reflect sustained demand across both domestic and export markets while reinforcing DEE Development Engineers’ role as a manufacturing partner for energy infrastructure projects.
