Avinash Agarwal, Director, Disha Publication, highlights focus on speed, accuracy, and exam strategy as JEE Main Session 2 approaches
New Delhi, March 30, 2026: Disha Publication has launched its Shortcuts Series for JEE aspirants, aimed at supporting students in the final phase of preparation with a focus on improving speed, accuracy, and problem-solving efficiency.
With JEE Main Session 2 scheduled between April 2 and April 8, students are entering a crucial stage of revision and test practice. The newly introduced series, titled Authentic Shortcuts Tips and Tricks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for JEE Main Advanced and KVPY, is designed to assist students in refining their approach during this period.
The books provide chapter-wise revision of key concepts and formulae, along with 250 to 350 shortcuts, tips, and techniques intended to simplify complex problems. The content also includes solved examples based on previous years’ questions and practice exercises that focus on accuracy and time management.
Avinash Agarwal, Director, Disha Publication, said, “Having spent years understanding how students prepare for competitive exams like JEE, we have seen that outcomes are often shaped in the final phase of preparation. This is the stage where speed, accuracy, and clarity of approach begin to matter more than the volume of content covered. Many students struggle to translate their preparation into effective exam performance. The Shortcuts Series is designed to support this transition, helping students apply concepts more efficiently, reduce errors, and approach the exam with greater confidence and control.”
With more than 12 lakh students appearing for JEE Main each year, competition continues to intensify as cut-offs evolve. In this context, the ability to solve problems quickly and accurately plays a key role alongside conceptual understanding.
The Shortcuts Series comprises three books covering Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for JEE Main and Advanced aspirants. The books are available through the Disha Publication website and major e-commerce platforms.
Founded in 2003, Disha Publication offers over 800 titles across school education and competitive examinations including JEE, NEET, and UPSC, with a focus on exam-oriented learning resources.
