Srinivas Pindi, Vice President Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Phenom, India, says ₹5,00,000 employee and corporate contribution supported slum families, orphaned children, elderly residents and underprivileged girls
Hyderabad, February 17, 2026: Phenom, through its corporate social responsibility initiative Phenom Cares, partnered with Bayireddi Foundation to complete a community outreach drive supporting more than 750 beneficiaries across Hyderabad.
The initiative deployed ₹5,00,000 raised through a combination of corporate CSR funds and voluntary employee contributions. The funds were used to procure and distribute essential supplies across four beneficiary groups.
More than 200 families across two HITEC City slum communities received groceries and daily use essentials. Over 250 children at Cheers Foundation orphanage were provided with educational materials, stationery and recreational games. At Joy Foundation old age home, more than 50 elderly residents received clothing and basic necessities. The programme also extended support to over 250 underprivileged and orphaned girls at Sai Seva Sangh, contributing to their education and residential needs.
The outreach was structured around need based distribution, with materials tailored to the specific requirements of each institution.
Srinivas Pindi, Vice President Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Phenom, India, said, “Purpose driven impact is central to how we define success at Phenom. Through Phenom Cares and Bayireddi Foundation, we supported more than 750 individuals across Hyderabad.
