IIHMR University Brings Rajasthan’s AI Education Roadmap Into Jaipur Summit

The Rajasthan Education Summit 2026, organised by ASSOCHAM Rajasthan State Council with IIHMR University, brought together Dr. Prem Chand Bairwa and over 150 delegates to discuss AI, skills, employment and Vision 2030.

Mumbai, 1 June 2026: Rajasthan Education Summit 2026 was held in Jaipur with a focus on AI based learning, employment oriented education and industry collaboration under the theme Empowering Rajasthan through AI Driven Education and Vision 2030.
The summit was organised by ASSOCHAM Rajasthan State Council in collaboration with IIHMR University and brought together more than 150 delegates from education, government, research and industry.

Dr. Prem Chand Bairwa, Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Technical and Higher Education, Government of Rajasthan, attended the summit, where discussions focused on strengthening Rajasthan’s education system through responsible use of AI, digital learning, skill development, industry academia collaboration and updated curricula.
Speakers including Vice Chancellors, Directors, policymakers, researchers, principals, entrepreneurs and industry representatives discussed the need to make technology based education accessible, inclusive and linked to employment, especially for students from emerging and underserved regions.

Dr. PR Sodani, President, IIHMR University, said, “The future of education will be defined by how effectively we integrate technology with human-centric learning. AI-driven education is not only about digital transformation but also about creating equitable opportunities, strengthening critical thinking, and preparing youth for emerging global challenges. Platforms like these are important for fostering collaboration between academia, government, and industry.”
The summit also explored how AI can support personalised learning, improve education governance, strengthen research capabilities and help Rajasthan build a stronger talent pool for future employment needs.
