From Warehouse Silos to Unified Control, Kama Ayurveda Deploys Unicommerce Stack

Mumbai, February 26, 2026: Kama Ayurveda has partnered with Unicommerce to streamline its online operations and strengthen fulfilment efficiency across digital channels.
The brand will deploy Uniware, Unicommerce’s order and warehouse management platform, along with Shipway to automate logistics allocation and improve delivery timelines. The integration enables Kama Ayurveda to manage orders, inventory, warehouse processes and shipments through a unified system.

By consolidating its three warehouses onto a single digital platform, the company will gain centralised inventory visibility, faster order processing and structured reporting. The system provides real time stock tracking across channels, helping reduce stock imbalances while supporting accounting and sales analysis.
The platform also supports structured batch management, ensuring expired or unusable products are identified and removed in line with compliance requirements and quality standards.

From a logistics perspective, Shipway enables automated courier partner selection based on delivery requirements, improves returns handling and supports smoother end customer experience.
