Nine Properties Move Under One Hotelogix System as Eco Hotels and Resorts Prepares to Add 10 More

Eco Hotels and Resorts Ltd has moved its nine properties to Hotelogix’s cloud based multi property management system as the hospitality group prepares to add 10 more properties to its portfolio.
The deployment gives Eco Hotels and Resorts a centralised operating environment across its properties, allowing its corporate team to monitor performance, establish common operating processes and bring additional hotels onto the system as the portfolio expands.
Eco Hotels and Resorts Ltd is a BSE listed hospitality company operating nine properties in India across The Eco, Eco Value, Eco Xpress, Eco Express Stava, The Eco Satva, Eco Value Satva and The Eco Grand brands.

According to information provided by the companies, the hospitality group previously used a basic system with limited features. Individual properties operated separately, leaving the head office without a consolidated view of operations across the portfolio.
The earlier system also lacked integration with essential third party tools such as a channel manager, affecting the group’s ability to manage inventory distribution across online travel agencies.
Hotelogix will provide consolidated reporting and portfolio level visibility, allowing Eco Hotels and Resorts to track operating performance across its properties from a central system. Integration with a channel manager selected by the group will also support inventory distribution through online travel agencies.

The technology change comes as Eco Hotels and Resorts plans to add 10 properties in the near future. The group has also stated an ambition to build a USD 1.5 billion premium value hotel brand centred on sustainable hospitality.

Hotelogix provides cloud based hospitality technology for independent hotels and hotel groups. According to company information, its technology is used by more than 12,000 hotels, including over 250 groups across more than 100 countries.
The company states that its products support around 400,000 hotel rooms in India through Hotelogix Cloud PMS and distribution products provided through AxisRooms. Hotelogix is headquartered in Singapore and has offices in the United States, India, the UAE, Thailand and the Philippines.
