Saahil Goel, MD & CEO, Shiprocket, says the free AI-powered tool gives sellers real-time predictive visibility into courier performance across pincodes to prevent delays, SLA breaches and RTOs
Shiprocket has launched RADAR, a free AI-powered tool designed to help sellers anticipate and avoid delivery disruptions before they impact customer experience.
As delivery performance increasingly influences customer satisfaction and repeat purchases, sellers often face operational uncertainty caused by fluctuating courier efficiency, pincode-level congestion and network strain during peak volumes. RADAR addresses these challenges by providing real-time visibility into courier health and lane performance at the point of order allocation.
Built on advanced AI models, the tool analyses signals from millions of shipments in real time. By continuously tracking courier efficiency, regional trends and emerging stress indicators, RADAR identifies early warning signs of delivery slowdowns and presents actionable insights before service level agreement breaches, delays or return-to-origin cases occur.
Integrated directly into Shiprocket’s shipping workflow, RADAR provides live prompts during order creation. Sellers are alerted if specific couriers or lanes are experiencing stress, enabling immediate, informed courier selection. The system also allows sellers to configure automated rules to temporarily disable underperforming lanes or partners, ensuring orders are routed through more stable delivery channels without manual intervention.
Commenting on the launch, Saahil Goel, MD & CEO, Shiprocket, said that delivery reliability is central to trust for India’s MSMEs, adding that RADAR provides sellers across Bharat with predictive performance visibility so that potential disruptions can be addressed proactively rather than reactively.
RADAR enables sellers to avoid assigning shipments to stressed courier partners for specific pincodes, monitor real-time courier ratings through a dedicated dashboard, automatically exclude underperforming partners using configurable rules, and reassign AWBs to stronger alternatives when necessary.
By embedding live performance intelligence within courier allocation, Shiprocket aims to improve first-attempt delivery success rates, enhance NDR conversions, improve SLA adherence and reduce operational escalations. More consistent delivery outcomes are expected to translate into improved buyer trust, stronger repeat purchase behaviour and sustained revenue stability.
RADAR is available free of cost to all Shiprocket sellers and can be activated directly through the Shiprocket dashboard.
