The new model arrives with enhanced dimensions, a 30 inch Trinity Panoramic Display, and multiple powertrain options starting at ₹10.99 lakhs
Kia India showcased the all new Kia Seltos at Automotive Kia in Nagole, Hyderabad, offering customers a first look at the next generation midsize SUV. The model has been launched with prices starting at ₹10.99 lakhs ex showroom, reinforcing Kia’s focus on design, safety, and technology driven products for the Indian market.
Built on Kia’s global K3 platform, making its India debut, the all new Kia Seltos marks a clear progression in size and capability. With a segment leading length of 4,460 mm, an enhanced width of 1,830 mm, and a longer wheelbase of 2,690 mm, the SUV delivers improved road presence, greater cabin space, and enhanced ride stability, strengthening its position within the midsize SUV segment.
The exterior design follows Kia’s Opposites United philosophy and introduces a refreshed Digital Tiger Face. Key elements include Ice Cube LED projector headlamps, Star Map LED daytime running lights, connected LED tail lamps, sporty 18 inch crystal cut alloy wheels, and first in segment automatic streamline door handles. The model will be offered in 10 mono tone colour options, including the newly introduced Morning Haze and Magma Red.
Speaking at the launch, Atul Sood, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Kia India, said the all new Kia Seltos reflects the company’s commitment to delivering globally competitive and customer focused products. He noted that the updated model advances significantly in design, safety, and technology while continuing to offer strong value in the midsize SUV category.
Commenting on the occasion, Rajiv Sanghvi, Executive Director, Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited, said the launch highlights Automotive Kia’s position as one of Kia’s largest partners in India. He added that the all new Seltos, with its global K3 platform, bold design language, and advanced safety and digital features, is well positioned to further strengthen customer experience.
Inside the cabin, the all new Kia Seltos adopts a refined and technology led layout aligned with Kia’s mass premium positioning. Highlights include a 75.18 cm 30 inch Trinity Panoramic Display Panel, premium leatherette upholstery, ventilated front seats, a 10 way power adjustable driver seat with memory function, a Premium Bose eight speaker audio system, 64 colour ambient mood lighting, and a dual pane panoramic sunroof.
Safety remains a central focus for the model. The SUV is equipped with a 24 standard safety package that includes six airbags, Anti lock Brake System, and Hill Start Assist Control, along with a Level 2 ADAS suite offering 21 autonomous features. Additional systems such as a 360 degree surround view camera and Blind View Monitor further enhance driver awareness and occupant protection.
The all new Kia Seltos is available with multiple powertrain options, including Smartstream G1.5 Petrol, Smartstream G1.5 T GDI Petrol, and a 1.5 litre CRDi VGT Diesel engine. Transmission choices include 6 speed manual, 6 speed intelligent manual, IVT, 7 speed dual clutch transmission, and 6 speed automatic. The SUV is offered across four standard trims HTE, HTK, HTX, and GTX X Line, along with four option packs tailored around convenience, premium features, advanced driver assistance systems, and X Line design elements.
Manufactured at Kia India’s Anantapur facility, the all new Kia Seltos reinforces the brand’s long term commitment to the Indian market while strengthening its presence in the fast growing midsize SUV segment.
