One Million AI Careers Targeted as Automation Platform Backs Nationwide Skilling Mission

Mihir Shukla, CEO of Automation Anywhere, and Kirthiga Reddy and Lakshmi Pratury, Co founders of AI Kiran, outline 2030 roadmap prioritising women and youth

A nationwide artificial intelligence skilling initiative has set a target of preparing one million individuals for AI careers by 2030, with a structured focus on women and youth. The programme is being advanced through a collaboration between Automation Anywhere and AI Kiran to expand access to advanced AI and automation capabilities across India.
The initiative is designed to equip participants with technical and applied skills aligned with emerging AI driven roles. Through scalable training pathways, the programme aims to prepare individuals for higher value employment opportunities as artificial intelligence reshapes traditional job functions.

The collaboration will offer hands on AI and automation training, financial support for recognised certifications, and access to Automation Anywhere’s Agentic AI and automation platform. Participants will also be integrated into builder communities, including the Automation Anywhere Pathfinder community and the AI Kiran Builders Community, which includes more than 100,000 innovators.
Recognition platforms such as the 10,000 Women in AI Stories initiative and the Global AI Builders Awards will provide visibility to participants, while leadership advancement opportunities will be available through the AI Kiran INK Fellowship.

Kirthiga Reddy and Lakshmi Pratury, Co founders of AI Kiran, said, “AI is redefining how value is created in the world. We have an opportunity to ensure everyone can participate in this transformation. Our partnership with Automation Anywhere creates structured, scalable pathways for women and young people to step into leadership within the AI economy. If we design this moment well, we will not just reskill a workforce but we will shape a generation of builders, innovators, and decision makers.”

Mihir Shukla, CEO and Board Chairman, Automation Anywhere, said, “Automation Anywhere works to create an inclusive AI future where anyone can build AI solutions and help shape the Autonomous Enterprise. We provide the essential skills and leading Agentic AI platform to help women and youth secure high value careers and drive real business outcomes using AI.”
The programme is expected to expand beyond India over time, positioning participants to contribute to global AI innovation and enterprise transformation by 2030.
