Kamlesh Thakur, President, NAREDCO Maharashtra, Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman Emeritus, NAREDCO Maharashtra, and Rajan Bandelkar, Founder, NAREDCO Maharashtra, joined government and administrative leaders in Mumbai to celebrate successful UPSC candidates.

Mumbai, June 4, 2026: NAREDCO Maharashtra and NAREDCO Pune, in association with Yuva Utthan Foundation, felicitated successful UPSC candidates at a special ceremony held at Yashwantrao Chavan Centre, Nariman Point, Mumbai. The initiative reflects NAREDCO Maharashtra’s continued commitment to youth empowerment, leadership development and nation building.
For the fourth consecutive year, NAREDCO Maharashtra supported the programme, which recognises UPSC achievers and encourages young aspirants to pursue careers in public service and governance.
The event was attended by Shri Narayan Rane, Member of Parliament and Former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Satyajeet Tambe, Member of Legislative Council, Maharashtra, Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman Emeritus, NAREDCO Maharashtra, Shri Sanjeev Jaiswal, IAS, Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, MHADA, Shri Mallinath Jeure, IRS, Additional Commissioner, GST, and Smt. Mokshada Patil, IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police, Mumbai.

Speaking at the event, Kamlesh Thakur, President, NAREDCO Maharashtra, said, The UPSC examination represents one of the highest standards of merit, perseverance and public service commitment in the country. Recognizing and honouring these achievers is an investment in India’s future leadership. Through such initiatives, we aim to inspire more young minds to contribute meaningfully to governance, policymaking and nation building.”

The felicitation ceremony celebrated the hard work and determination of successful UPSC candidates while inspiring aspiring civil servants preparing for one of India’s most competitive examinations.
NAREDCO Maharashtra stated that it will continue supporting initiatives focused on education, leadership development and youth empowerment through its CSR programmes. The organisation also plans to expand its efforts in the coming years and work with corporate and industry partners to encourage greater participation among UPSC aspirants and future public service leaders.
