Shri Sharath Kumar Bache Gowda Sets Stage for Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026 With AI & Beyond Theme

Dr. N. Manjula and Dr. Avinash Menon Rajendran join Hyderabad industry meet as November summit prepares for 1,800 plus exhibitors, 25,000 plus delegates and visitors from 75 plus countries

Shri Sharath Kumar Bache Gowda, Member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly and Chairman, KEONICS, addressed an Industry Interaction Meet in Hyderabad ahead of the 29th edition of Bengaluru Tech Summit.
Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026 is scheduled from November 17 to 19 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre in Bengaluru. This year’s theme is “AI & Beyond.”
The Hyderabad meeting brought together industry leaders, technology companies, investors and entrepreneurs as part of the roadshow for the Summit. It also provided technology companies and startups with an opportunity to explore participation at BTS 2026 and engage with stakeholders associated with the event.

BTS 2026 is expected to host more than 1,800 exhibitors, over 25,000 delegates, more than 1,000 technology startups and over 60,000 business visitors. Participants are expected from more than 75 countries and over 30 States and Union Territories of India.
The three day conference programme will cover AI and DeepTech, fintech, health and biotechnology, spacetech, the India USA Tech Conclave and global collaboration.
Digital infrastructure and data centres, circular economy, orange economy and electric mobility will also be among the areas covered during the Summit.

Manjula, IAS, Chairperson, BWSSB, Secretary to Government, Dept. of Electronics, IT, Bt and S&T, Govt. of Karnataka; Smt. Kavitha C, Director, Software Technology Parks of India, Hyderabad; and Dr. Avinash Menon Rajendran, IAS, Director, Dept. of Electronics, IT & Bt and Managing Director, KITS, Govt. of Karnataka.
Other participants included Jitendra Chadha, IT Vision Group Member, Govt. of Karnataka and Conference Committee Chair, ESDM, Bengaluru Tech Summit; Dr. B. V. R. Mohan Reddy, Founder Chairman, Cyient Ltd. and Former Chairperson of Nasscom; and Jagdish Patankar, Event Curator, Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026 and Executive Chairman, MM Activ Sci Tech Communications Pvt. Ltd.

The Summit will feature a multi pavilion exhibition covering technologies across several sectors, along with networking programmes, investor engagements and international partnerships.
The Future Makers programme will focus on startups and their engagement with investors, mentors and global markets. It will include investor pitching sessions, individual mentoring clinics, discussions on scaling and fundraising, a Startup Showcase and the Future Makers Conclave.
BTS 2026 will also host the maiden India edition of embedded world India by NuernbergMesse India, focusing on electronics, semiconductors and embedded systems.
The 29th edition is planned with an expanded exhibition, international delegations, startup programmes, investor engagements, conference tracks and knowledge sharing platforms as Karnataka prepares to host technology stakeholders from India and overseas in November.
