Dr. Sankar Viswanathan, Vice President, VIT Bhopal University, Amrit Ravi, Vice President, Dr. Morepen Group, and Aanchal Suri, Co Founder, Dr. Morepen Home, said the partnership will support campus healthcare, diagnostics, pharmacy access and preventive wellness.

VIT Bhopal University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Dr. Morepen to improve healthcare access and student wellbeing on campus.
The service agreement marks the beginning of a long term partnership aimed at providing medical support to students, faculty and staff. The collaboration adds to the university’s existing focus on hygiene, sanitation, preventive monitoring and student support across hostel, dining and campus facilities.
Under the agreement, Dr. Morepen Group will manage the on campus health centre at VIT Bhopal. The facility will provide round the clock primary healthcare through qualified medical professionals, non critical emergency care, pathology testing, diagnostic services and pharmacy access within the campus.

The partnership will also include routine health camps, specialised check ups and awareness programmes for students. The university said the initiative is part of its wider effort to create a safe, healthy and supportive residential learning environment.
The MoU was formally signed on 28 May 2026 at the VIT Vellore campus in the presence of Dr. G. Viswanathan, Founder and Chancellor, VIT, and Dr. Sankar Viswanathan, Vice President, VIT Bhopal University.
Amrit Ravi, Vice President, Morepen Laboratories Limited, represented Dr. Morepen Group at the signing. The occasion also had personal significance as Amrit Ravi is an alumnus of VIT Vellore, Class of 2010.
