Genesis Global School Inducts Founding Alumnus Rhitik Jassar to Management Committee

Rhitik Jassar, Chairman of DJ Group of Institutions and Jassar Dental Medical Education Health Foundation, joins the Management Committee as Genesis Global School expands alumni participation in institutional leadership and mentorship.

Genesis Global School has inducted Mr. Rhitik Jassar, Chairman of DJ Group of Institutions and Jassar Dental Medical Education Health Foundation, into its Management Committee, marking a significant step in strengthening alumni participation in the institution’s leadership and long term development.
A member of the school’s founding batch, Rhitik Jassar’s appointment reflects Genesis Global School’s growing emphasis on involving alumni in governance, mentorship and institutional initiatives. The school believes that former students can play an important role in supporting future generations while contributing to the continued evolution of the institution.

Established in 2010, Genesis Global School has developed into one of India’s leading K to 12 institutions, offering a strong academic foundation alongside leadership development, global exposure and holistic education. Over the years, the school has encouraged student leadership through initiatives such as the Leadership Forum, creating opportunities for students to engage in dialogue, collaboration and responsible decision making.
The appointment also aligns with the school’s efforts to strengthen its alumni network through the Genesis Alumni Association. The association has been established as a formal platform to foster lifelong connections among alumni while creating opportunities for mentorship, career guidance, professional networking and knowledge sharing. It also seeks to encourage alumni participation in institutional initiatives and support the school’s long term vision and values.

For Rhitik Jassar, the appointment marks a return to the institution where his leadership journey began. As a member of Genesis Global School’s founding student cohort, he was actively involved in establishing several student led initiatives that continue to define campus life. These included the Genesis Landmark Debate, Genesis Model United Nations and Genesis Round Square programmes, which helped position the school among leading institutions in inter school debating and Model United Nations activities.
During his years at Genesis Global School, he served as House Captain of Valour House and led the school’s Debate, Round Square and Model United Nations teams. He also became the first recipient of the Principal’s Medal for Excellence in Academics and Co Curricular Activities. His achievements included winning honours at competitions organised by institutions such as St. Stephen’s College, Hindu College and The Doon School, contributing to the school’s growing reputation in debating, public speaking and student leadership.
