Digital Construction Takes Focus as TechnoStruct Announces Autodesk Partnership and Introduces Newton in Mumbai
TechnoStruct hosted Tech Talks 2026 Mumbai, bringing together construction and technology professionals to discuss digital construction practices. The event featured the announcement of an authorised Autodesk reseller partnership in India and the introduction of Newton, a predictive data analytics and inventory solution.

Roy Anirudha, Founder, TechnoStruct, joins industry experts to examine BIM adoption, digital twins and predictive analytics at Tech Talks 2026, where the company announces its authorised Autodesk reseller partnership in India.

Digital Construction Takes Focus as TechnoStruct Announces Autodesk Partnership and Introduces Newton in Mumbai
New Delhi, October 30, 2026: TechnoStruct hosted the Mumbai chapter of Tech Talks 2026 at ICONIQA Hotel, Mumbai International Airport, bringing together professionals from construction, technology and Building Information Modelling (BIM) to discuss the use of digital tools in the built environment.
The industry gathering examined BIM implementation in India and Western markets, the distinction between digital doubles and digital twins, predictive analytics, construction growth opportunities and sustainable infrastructure.
Two announcements formed a central part of the event: TechnoStruct’s authorised reseller partnership with Autodesk in India and the introduction of Newton, its predictive data analytics and inventory solution.

Autodesk Partnership Targets Digital Construction Requirements
TechnoStruct announced that it had become an authorised Autodesk reseller in India.
The partnership is intended to support organisations exploring digital solutions for construction planning, project coordination, information management and related workflows.
The announcement comes as construction businesses examine how digital tools can be incorporated into existing processes and project delivery practices.
Roy Anirudha, Founder, TechnoStruct, said the effectiveness of construction technology depends on how organisations integrate it with their people and operational processes.

“The future of construction will be shaped by how effectively the industry brings technology, people and processes together.”
He described the reseller agreement as a development in TechnoStruct’s involvement with digital construction.
“Our authorised reseller partnership with Autodesk in India is an important step in strengthening our engagement with the digital construction ecosystem.”
Anirudha also emphasised the importance of identifying practical applications for technology rather than focusing only on its availability.

Newton Introduced for Predictive Analytics and Inventory Planning
Tech Talks 2026 Mumbai also featured the introduction of Newton, TechnoStruct’s predictive data analytics and inventory solution.
The solution is intended to address planning and information management challenges in construction, particularly those involving materials, inventory visibility and resource allocation.
Construction projects generate information across procurement, scheduling, materials and execution activities.
TechnoStruct presented Newton as a means of exploring how predictive analysis and inventory data can support planning and decision making.
The announcement did not provide details of the solution’s pricing, deployment arrangements, customer adoption or measured performance outcomes.

Digital Doubles and Digital Twins Discussed
Roy Anirudha led a session examining the distinction between digital doubles and digital twins.
The discussion considered how digital representations and connected project information can be applied throughout the planning, construction and management of buildings and infrastructure.
Participants were encouraged to examine the practical requirements and applications of these technologies rather than treating the terms as interchangeable.
The session formed part of the event’s wider discussion on using project information to support decisions throughout the life of an asset.

BIM Practices in India and Western Markets
Jym Varnadore, BIM Director, TechnoStruct, and Parth Makwana, Co Founder, TechnoStruct, delivered a keynote comparing BIM implementation practices in India and Western markets.
The session addressed differences in project processes, digital workflows and the organisational requirements involved in BIM adoption.
Varnadore said successful implementation depends on coordination among project participants and the effective management of information.
“BIM implementation is not simply about introducing a new technology. It is about aligning people, processes and project information to achieve better outcomes.”
Makwana discussed the relevance of international experience when applying digital construction practices to Indian projects.
“International project experience provides valuable lessons on how digital construction practices can be applied in different environments.”
He also highlighted the need to adapt implementation methods to the requirements of individual projects.
BIM and AI Applications in Project Management
Juzer Bastawala, Chief Operating Officer, Bexel India, and an event collaborator, presented a session titled “How to Integrate BIM and AI for Effective Cost and Time Control.”
The presentation examined how digital building models and artificial intelligence can be used together in construction project management.
Topics included cost estimation, scheduling risks and the use of project information to support decisions during execution.
The session focused on potential applications of these technologies in addressing project management challenges.
Bastawala’s presentation added a practical perspective to the broader discussion on BIM adoption and digital workflows.
Construction Growth Opportunities Examined
Shubham Mukherjee, Country Sales Manager, India, Autodesk, delivered a presentation on growth opportunities in the construction industry.
The session addressed changes in the business environment, including increasing project complexity, evolving client expectations and the need for more efficient delivery processes.
Mukherjee discussed the role technology can play as construction organisations respond to these requirements.
The presentation formed part of the event’s focus on the relationship between industry development and digital adoption.
BIM and Sustainable Infrastructure
Anushmi Tripathy, Brand Manager, TechnoStruct, addressed the role of BIM in planning and delivering greener infrastructure.
Her session examined how access to project information, coordination among teams and the evaluation of design alternatives can support more informed construction decisions.
She said the industry should consider how digital construction practices can contribute to environmental objectives alongside operational requirements.
“BIM can help project teams improve coordination, evaluate alternatives and work with more reliable information.”
Industry Discussion Concludes in Mumbai
Tech Talks 2026 Mumbai concluded with a closing session, memento distribution, lunch and networking among attendees.
The programme brought together perspectives from TechnoStruct, Autodesk, Bexel India and other construction professionals.
Across the sessions, participants examined how BIM, digital twins, predictive analytics and information management can be applied to construction projects.
The Autodesk reseller partnership and introduction of Newton represented the two principal company announcements at the event.
Through its industry engagement activities and digital construction offerings, TechnoStruct intends to continue working with organisations seeking to adopt technology in construction planning and project delivery.
