With the new Bareilly centre, Mirasa Ayurveda is offering personalised Panchakarma therapies, preventive wellness programmes, and specialised care for stress, digestive health, hormonal balance, and chronic pain, while Director Dr. Mandeep Singh Basu says the focus is on long term healing beyond symptom management

Mirasa Ayurveda has launched a new Panchakarma and wellness centre in Bareilly, expanding access to personalised and preventive healthcare in a city where many people often travel to larger metros for specialised treatment.
The new centre will offer Ayurvedic therapies aimed at treating acute and chronic conditions, along with personalised Panchakarma treatments and preventive wellness programmes. It is expected to serve Bareilly and nearby regions as demand rises for natural and sustainable healthcare options.

The centre will focus on lifestyle related concerns such as stress, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, and chronic pain through customised treatment plans led by qualified Ayurvedic doctors and therapists. The approach is centred on root cause based healing rather than symptom focused care.
Alongside traditional Ayurvedic therapies, the centre will also offer aerial yoga, routine yoga sessions, and sound healing therapies as part of its wider wellness programme. These services are designed to support flexibility, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing when combined with Ayurvedic practices.

Dr. Mandeep Singh Basu, Director, Mirasa Ayurveda, said, “Healthcare today must move beyond symptom management to prevention and long term wellness. Our vision with Mirasa is to make authentic, evidence based Ayurveda accessible to more communities. The launch of our Bareilly centre reflects our commitment to bringing personalised healing and preventive healthcare closer to families in emerging cities.”
The Bareilly centre will provide specialised treatments including personalised Panchakarma therapies for detox and healing, stress management and lifestyle disorder care, women’s health and hormonal balance support, digestive and metabolism improvement programmes, and preventive health consultations.

Mirasa Ayurveda said it combines traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with modern diagnostic methods to offer safe and structured treatment plans. With the Bareilly launch, the clinic is looking to broaden access to natural wellness care and preventive health support in emerging cities.
