The two year AICTE approved programme includes weekend live classes, a 10 week internship, three campus immersions, and specialisations in digital marketing, AI analytics, and supply chain management
The International School of Management Excellence has launched a two year live online PGDM programme approved by AICTE, aimed at working professionals and graduates seeking a management qualification without stepping away from career goals.
The launch comes as ISME marks its 20th anniversary. The programme combines weekend live classes, academic coursework, industry linked assessments, internships, and campus immersions, including a leadership immersion at IIM Bangalore.
Dr. Nitin Garg, Founder and Director, ISME, said, “This is not a concession to convenience, it is a deliberate design choice. The world of work has changed irreversibly. Our learners are ambitious, employed, and time pressed. This program meets them where they are without ever compromising on academic credibility or real world relevance.”
The programme is structured across six terms, beginning with a pre term in management foundations and ending with a capstone project and graduation. Students will work through case based simulations, collaborative projects, and continuous assessments connected to industry needs.
A 10 week real world internship is also part of the programme. For working professionals, internship and capstone components can be linked to their current professional roles, allowing them to apply classroom learning within their workplace.
Dr. Purnajit Chatterjee, Head, External Relations, Training and Consulting, ISME, said, “The IIM Bangalore immersion is a statement of intent. We want our students to be in rooms with the best minds in Indian management education. That exposure and peer network cannot be replicated in a classroom module. We have built this into the program’s DNA.”
The programme offers three specialisations: Sales and Digital Marketing, AI and Business Analytics, and Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. These tracks are linked to roles in business development, growth marketing, customer experience, predictive analytics, business intelligence, procurement, demand planning, and logistics.
ISME said the programme also includes placement assistance and career services to help students convert academic progress into professional advancement.
