February 16, 2026: MAAC, Maya Academy of Advanced Creativity, has launched its fifth training facility under Aptech Limited, expanding its network in the AVGC XR education space.
The centre was inaugurated by T. Harish Rao, Member of the Legislative Assembly. MAAC operates as a training brand of Aptech Limited and offers programmes in 3D animation, visual effects, gaming, multimedia, filmmaking, virtual reality and augmented reality.
The institute stated that interest in animation, VFX and game design courses continues to grow, reflecting wider industry demand. The new facility will offer existing and additional courses aimed at students seeking careers in creative and digital media sectors.

The facility includes classrooms and labs equipped with industry software and production tools designed for animation, VFX and gaming training.
Founded in 2001, MAAC operates over 130 centres across more than 65 cities in India and abroad. The institute states that its students have been placed in organisations including Prime Focus, DNEG, Amazon, Redchillies VFX, Accenture, DQ Entertainment, Green Gold Animation, NDTV, NY VFXwaala and Cosmos Maya.
