CRITICON 2025, India’s flagship conference on critical care, will bring together leading national and global minds in emergency medicine to advance lifesaving science and foster clinical excellence. Organized by Ramkrishna CARE Hospital, Raipur, in association with the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM), Quality Care India Ltd, and IMA Raipur, the two-day conclave is set to convene over 1,000 delegates from across India at Mayfair Lake Resort, Raipur.

Themed “Where Critical Care Meets Clinical Excellence,” CRITICON 2025 will feature keynote sessions, intensive care workshops, and interactive panels with intensivists, anesthesiologists, trauma specialists, and healthcare leaders. Delegates from Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Maharashtra, and beyond will engage in immersive scientific programs that balance research, application, and innovation.

Adding international depth, the conclave welcomes distinguished faculty including Dr. Marcus J. Schultz from the Netherlands and Dr. Quirino Piacevoli from Italy. Dr. Schultz, Full Professor of Intensive Care Medicine and All-Immunology at UvA, brings expertise in pulmonary hypertension, diabetes-related critical care, and microcirculation. Dr. Piacevoli, Head of Anesthesia and Intensive Care at San Filippo Neri Hospital, Rome, contributes vast experience in European ICU protocols.
Day 1 will feature the inaugural ceremony, scientific sessions on sepsis and ARDS, and a high-level panel bridging ICU research with real-world practice. Day 2 will offer skill-focused workshops on mechanical ventilation and ultrasound-guided interventions, alongside sessions on neurocritical care, trauma response, and AI-powered tele-ICU models. Attending physicians will also earn CGMC-approved credit points.

CRITICON 2025 addresses vital issues shaping India’s critical care landscape, including brain death protocols, cost-effective ICU management, antifungal resistance, and heart failure in chronic kidney disease patients.
