Unstop has introduced a campus campaign that brings a new approach to career discovery by turning it into an interactive experience for students.
Called Career Date, the initiative was rolled out across Delhi University campuses between April 28 and 30, where everyday spaces such as metro routes and campus zones were turned into themed engagement points.

Students were seen boarding decorated auto rides featuring curtains, lights, and themed setups. Inside, they interacted with activities such as a career oracle, surprise elements, and QR codes that led to internships, competitions, and job opportunities.
The campaign extended beyond transport, with campus zones offering activities such as themed lucky draws, instant rewards, and interactive installations. The setup created an environment that combined elements of entertainment with structured access to career opportunities.

Career Date is designed to align with how students engage today, focusing on experiences that are interactive and easy to participate in. The approach aims to make career exploration less formal and more accessible.
The campaign is now set to expand to other cities including Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Varanasi, taking the concept to a wider student base.

Unstop, which connects students and early professionals with employers, uses such initiatives to bridge the gap between opportunity and access by creating engagement formats that fit into student life.
