Colleen Doherty, Chief People Officer at UST, said the recognition reflects the company’s focus on trust, transparency, accountability and responsible AI led technology transformation.

UST has been named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies in 2026 by Ethisphere, recognising its work in ethical business practices, ESG, compliance and governance.
The AI and technology transformation solutions company is among six software companies worldwide to receive the recognition this year. UST is also the only privately held software company included in the 2026 list.

Ethisphere recognises organisations that demonstrate ethical business conduct through programmes that support employees, communities, stakeholders and long term business growth.
UST said the recognition reflects its focus on integrating ethics, integrity, transparency and accountability across its business practices and client work.
Ethisphere assessed applicants through its Ethics Quotient process, using more than 240 data points across culture, ESG, compliance and governance. In 2026, 138 companies from 17 countries were recognised.

Colleen Doherty, Chief People Officer at UST, said, “We are honored to be named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies as this distinction speaks to the strength of UST’s people, culture, and values. This recognition underscores the effectiveness of our efforts to empower employees to responsibly bridge technology and AI innovation while driving real outcomes for our clients.”
Ramanathan Raghunathan, Vice President and Global Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance at UST, said the recognition highlights the company’s focus on governance, ethics and integrity as drivers of sustainable growth.

Erica Salmon Byrne, Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Chair at Ethisphere, said UST’s recognition as the only private software company among this year’s honorees reflects its commitment to ethics, compliance and governance.
Founded in 1999, UST works with companies across AI driven digital solutions, platforms, engineering, research and development, products and innovation. The company has more than 30,000 employees across over 30 countries.
