Premium Senior Living Platform Shremoha Enters Pune and Gurugram With Two Partnerships

The Shrem Group and Emoha partnership begins with Kekarav by TRU Realty in Pune and KREEVA in Gurugram, combining independent living with personalised care, wellness and hospitality

Shremoha, a premium senior independent living platform formed through a strategic partnership between Shrem Group and Emoha, part of Age Care Labs, has officially launched with development partnerships in Pune and Gurugram.
The platform was unveiled at Longevity Summit India 2026 at Fairmont Mumbai. Shremoha was formed in July 2026 through the partnership between Shrem Group and Emoha. Age Care Labs is the parent company of Emoha and Epoch Elder Care.
As part of its launch, Shremoha announced its first two development partnerships, Kekarav by TRU Realty in Pune and KREEVA in Gurugram.
The two projects are intended for independent seniors seeking active and socially connected living with access to hospitality, wellness and support services that can change according to residents’ needs.

Shremoha plans to combine personalised geriatric care, preventive health, wellness and hospitality within its senior living communities. Its broader concept centres on developing integrated longevity ecosystems for India’s senior population.

The launch followed a thought leadership panel at Longevity Summit India 2026 titled “The New Luxury of Longevity: How Senior Living is Becoming the World’s Most Powerful Platform for Healthy Ageing”.

Participants from real estate, hospitality, healthcare and geriatric care discussed the changing role of senior living and the development of longevity ecosystems incorporating preventive healthcare, movement, nutrition, community, purpose and technology enabled care.
Shremoha said both its Pune and Gurugram partnerships will combine geriatric grade personalised care with hospitality led independent living. Preventive health and wellness programmes, curated dining, resident led experiences and integrated support are also planned as part of the projects.
