Jiten Mahendra, Customer Care Associate and CMO, Shoppers Stop, says the Hyderabad presentation brings Indian festive dressing together with contemporary styles as actor Nidhhi Agerwal appears as showstopper.
Shoppers Stop presented its Dasara Collection through a special fashion showcase at Sarath City Mall in Hyderabad, bringing together Indian festive dressing and contemporary occasion wear.
Actor Nidhhi Agerwal appeared as the showstopper for the event, walking the runway as part of the festive presentation.
Inspired by the colours and festive character of Dasara, the collection features rich shades, varied silhouettes, detailed finishes and statement accents across a curated selection of looks.
The runway presentation was organised around four fashion stories designed for different festive occasions.
The Dasara Pooja Look opened the presentation with floral prints and ethnic wear. It was followed by the Navratri Golu Edit, which introduced a contemporary Indian and western approach to festive dressing.
The Vijayadashami Look focused on vibrant and detailed ethnic wear suited to the occasion, while The Party Edit featured versatile western styles for festive gatherings and evenings.
Together, the four edits covered different requirements associated with the festive season, ranging from traditional occasions to contemporary gatherings.
The collection brings together Indian and international fashion brands alongside watches, handbags, fragrances, beauty products and accessories.
Jiten Mahendra, Customer Care Associate and CMO, Shoppers Stop, said, “Dasara represents celebration, togetherness and new beginnings, and fashion is an integral part of how we experience these moments. Through our Dasara fashion showcase, we wanted to bring together the beauty of Indian festive dressing with contemporary styles that reflect how our customers dress and celebrate today.”
He added, “Having Nidhhi Agerwal bring the collection to life on the runway added another dimension to the celebration, showcasing how festive fashion can be expressive, versatile and deeply personal. At Shoppers Stop, our focus is on helping customers discover the right look for every celebration while bringing together fashion, beauty and lifestyle in one curated experience.”
