Craft de Srishti in Nahur and Srishti Oasis in Bhandup anchor the campaign around GMLR connectivity, with homes starting at ₹1.08 crore
Srishti Group has unveiled its latest brand campaign, “The House of Pride”, built around the proposition “Get More Life. Less Rush.” and focused on the role of connectivity in the everyday lives of Mumbai homebuyers.
The campaign brings together Craft de Srishti in Nahur West and Srishti Oasis in Bhandup West. Both developments are positioned along the Goregaon Mulund Link Road corridor and form the basis of the company’s approach to premium urban living.
The central idea behind the campaign is the value of time for families living in Mumbai. Srishti Group is positioning better connectivity as a factor that can help residents spend less time travelling and create more time for family, personal interests, aspirations and other experiences outside their daily commute.
Connectivity through GMLR forms a key part of the campaign. The corridor is expected to improve travel between Mumbai’s eastern and western suburbs while providing greater accessibility to residential, commercial and employment destinations.
According to Srishti Group, this connectivity is also influencing how the company approaches the value of a residential address for urban families.
Karan Villaitramani, Director, Srishti Group, said, “The House of Pride reflects our belief that the value of a premium home is no longer defined only by its size, specifications or amenities. Increasingly, it is also about the quality of life that an address enables. With GMLR strengthening east west connectivity, our focus is on offering homebuyers addresses that help reduce the everyday rush and give them more time for family, aspirations and experiences. Through Craft de Srishti and Srishti Oasis, we are bringing together connectivity, thoughtful planning and contemporary living to create homes that complement the way modern Mumbai families live today.”
Craft de Srishti offers premium 2 BHK residences priced at ₹1.86 crore, all inclusive, while 3 BHK residences are priced at ₹2.74 crore, all inclusive. Eligible buyers can also benefit from a 24 month Holiday EMI offer from a PSU bank.
Srishti Oasis offers 1 BHK homes starting at ₹1.08 crore, 2 BHK residences at ₹1.59 crore and 3 BHK homes at ₹2.04 crore, with prices stated as all inclusive. Eligible buyers can avail a 12 month Holiday EMI offer from a PSU bank.
Through the two developments, the campaign connects residential planning and contemporary amenities with access to the GMLR corridor. Its proposition focuses on reducing time spent commuting and increasing the time available for other aspects of everyday life.
Srishti Group has 35 years of experience in Mumbai’s real estate sector. According to the company, it has completed more than 25 projects and delivered over 5 million sq. ft.
Through “The House of Pride” campaign, Srishti Group is positioning connectivity and time as part of its definition of premium residential living for Mumbai homebuyers.
