Eleganz Interiors Limited has secured a 1.5 million sq. ft. mandate at M3M Altitude at Golfestate in Gurugram, marking one of the company’s largest project wins.
The mandate adds to Eleganz’s work across large scale premium real estate projects and reinforces its role as a design, build, interior fit out and general contracting company.
M3M Altitude at Golfestate is among Gurugram’s premium luxury developments. Eleganz’s selection for the project reflects the developer’s confidence in the company’s delivery model, structured project management and ability to execute complex mandates at scale.
Eleganz’s delivery model brings planning, design, engineering, procurement, execution and project management under one accountable system. For a project of this size, the model is expected to support quality control, timelines, cost management and design continuity from brief to handover.
The company also brings fit out and general contracting experience to the project, covering execution needs across structural precision, finishing and delivery standards required for a luxury development.
