New Delhi, 14th May 2026: Rising demand for affordable consumer electronics and smart appliances helped Cellecor Gadgets Limited report strong financial performance for the year ended March 31, 2026.
The company recorded net sales of ₹1,292 crore in FY25 to 26, up 26 percent from ₹1,026 crore in FY24 to 25. Profit after tax stood at ₹39.61 crore, registering 28 percent year on year growth from ₹30.9 crore in the previous financial year.
EBITDA rose 32 percent to ₹71.54 crore from ₹54.29 crore in FY24 to 25.

Cellecor said the performance was supported by rising consumer demand, product diversification, category expansion, retail growth and stronger nationwide presence.
The company’s growth came across consumer electronics, smart gadgets, home appliances and kitchen appliances, with increasing adoption across Tier II and Tier III markets.
During the year, Cellecor expanded across smart appliances, smart TVs, audio devices, wearables and kitchen appliances. It also widened strategic retail partnerships with organised retail chains including Poorvika Mobiles, Sangeetha Mobiles, LOT Mobiles and Big C Mobiles.

The company expanded its exclusive retail footprint to eight brand stores across key markets and accelerated digital commerce and quick commerce presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit and ONDC.
Cellecor also strengthened supply chain and operational infrastructure while continuing its focus on Make in India aligned manufacturing partnerships.

Cellecor enters FY26 to 27 with an expanded product portfolio, deeper retail penetration and growing digital commerce reach. The company said it strengthened its nationwide footprint during FY25 to 26 with more than 1,800 distributors, over 100,000 retail touchpoints and more than 2,000 service centres.
The year also included the launch of its Jio powered QLED Smart TV range.
Cellecor Gadgets Limited operates in consumer electronics and smart appliances, including smart TVs, smart gadgets, wearables, mobile phones, home and kitchen appliances, speakers, neckbands, TWS, soundbars, smartwatches and washing machines.
