Burger King and McDonald’s are now operational in the first phase of the Outlet Mall of India, as Prakash Patel, Chairman and Managing Director, Bhumi World, said the destination will add more brands and experiences in the coming months.

Bhumi World has opened the first phase of the Outlet Mall of India in Bhiwandi, with Burger King and McDonald’s now operational at the property’s drive thru section.
Positioned as Maharashtra’s first outlet mall and India’s largest shopping destination in the category, the project is being developed as a retail, dining and lifestyle hub for consumers across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The first phase marks the beginning of a wider rollout planned for the destination, which will include international and domestic fashion, lifestyle and leisure brands. The property is designed to offer value driven shopping throughout the year.

Located in Bhiwandi, the Outlet Mall of India has connectivity to Mumbai, Thane and Nashik, placing it within reach of shoppers, families and tourists looking for a weekend retail and dining destination.
Bhumi World has a 15 year track record across integrated developments in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Its 400 acre business environment includes Bhumi World Industrial Park and GEBI Business Park, which together house more than 4,000 business units and support over 135,000 jobs.
