Karan Villaitramani, Navin Makhija and Unnati Varma outline festive homebuying initiatives as Srishti Group, The Wadhwa Group and ORA Land introduce payment benefits, discounts and rewards
Developers across Mumbai MMR have introduced Ganesh Chaturthi offers aimed at reducing upfront financial commitments for homebuyers through EMI holidays, flexible payment structures, discounts and other purchase incentives.
Srishti Group has announced limited period offers across residential projects along the Goregaon Mulund Link Road corridor, with the benefits available until September 30, 2026.
At Craft De Srishti, House of Pride, in Nahur West, buyers purchasing a 2 BHK Premium Home at ₹1.86 crore, all inclusive, or a 3 BHK Premium Home at ₹2.74 crore, all inclusive, can participate in a Spin to Win offer.
The available benefits range from ₹50,000 to ₹2.5 lakh, with reward values of ₹50,000, ₹1 lakh, ₹1.5 lakh, ₹2 lakh and ₹2.5 lakh, along with Try Again options.
The project is also offering a 24 month EMI holiday through select PSU banks.
At Srishti Oasis, located at GMLR One, opposite Mulund Colony in Bhandup West, buyers can avail themselves of free stamp duty and registration along with no EMI for 12 months through selected PSU banks.
The project offers 1 BHK Sun Deck Homes at ₹1.08 crore, 2 BHK Sun Deck Homes at ₹1.59 crore and 3 BHK Sun Deck Homes at ₹2.04 crore, with the stated prices being all inclusive.
Karan Villaitramani, Director, Srishti Group, said, “Ganesh Chaturthi represents optimism, prosperity and the promise of a new beginning, making it a particularly meaningful time for families to take the step towards owning a home. With homebuyers today seeking greater value as well as flexibility in their purchase decisions, our festive offers are designed to make that aspiration more accessible without compromising on the quality of the home or the lifestyle it enables.”
He added, “Through these initiatives, we are bringing together meaningful financial advantages with the opportunity to move into thoughtfully planned homes in well-connected locations. We believe the festive season should be about creating lasting value for families, and that is the intent behind our offering this Ganesh Chaturthi.”
The Wadhwa Group has introduced a separate festive payment structure for the Solis tower at Atmosphere O2 in Mulund West.
Under its 20:80 payment plan, buyers pay 20 per cent at the time of booking and the remaining 80 per cent on possession.
Navin Makhija, Managing Director, The Wadhwa Group, said, “Ganesh Chaturthi marks a time of new beginnings and we wanted to translate that spirit into a more meaningful home buying opportunity. The 20:80 payment plan at Solis is designed to significantly ease the initial financial commitment by enabling homebuyers to secure their residence with 20% at booking and defer the balance 80% on possession. This structure offers buyers greater flexibility in planning their finances while giving them an opportunity to commit to a premium home in a well-connected part of Mulund. We believe a festive offering should create genuine value for homebuyers and this initiative is designed with precisely that in mind.”
ORA Land, an ORA Group company, has meanwhile announced its Blu Bappa campaign for BluBay, Real Karjat.
The campaign, which runs for 10 days, includes Lifetime Clubhouse Membership with Infra Charges, a Festive Spot Discount and the BluBappa Lucky Draw. The lucky draw is scheduled from September 18 to September 20 at the ORA Land Dadar office.
BluBay offers villa plots ranging from 1,500 sq. ft. to 3,500 sq. ft., with prices starting at ₹74.99 lakh, according to the supplied information.
The development also offers a 25:25:50 payment structure, allowing payments to be divided across three stages.
Unnati Varma, Director, ORA Land, by ORA Group, said, “Ganesh Chaturthi represents auspicious beginnings, prosperity and the fulfillment of aspirations. Through Blu Bappa, we wanted to bring that spirit into the home buying journey by offering our customers an opportunity to begin something meaningful of their own. With a combination of special incentives, flexible payment options and a well-planned plotted development surrounded by nature, BluBay offers buyers a distinctive way to mark the festive season.”
The offers across the three developers illustrate the range of financial incentives being used during the festive buying period, from deferred EMI commitments and staged payment structures to stamp duty benefits, spot discounts and purchase linked rewards.
