Mumbai, June 9, 2026: Superb Realty has partnered with Enlite to deploy a cloud native smart building solution across Superb Altura and its upcoming commercial development in Vikhroli, Mumbai.
The partnership will cover a combined 3 lakh square feet of premium commercial space across both projects. The integration is part of Superb Realty’s plan to build commercial spaces supported by real time operational intelligence, better asset management and improved tenant experience.
Through this collaboration, Enlite’s Know Your Building solution will connect energy systems, air quality, access control and critical building infrastructure into one digital ecosystem. The solution is designed to support real time monitoring, predictive maintenance and better operational efficiency.
The company said the system will help corporate occupiers access healthier and more responsive workspaces while helping investors improve portfolio performance through operational data and predictive insights.
