Mumbai, May 21, 2026: Outdoor led residential experiences took centre stage at Raheja Exotica on Versova Island as Raheja Universal unveiled Endora, a new lifestyle destination spread across more than 3 acres and designed for recreation, wellness, entertainment and community interaction.Endora forms the Soul element of the Mind, Body and Soul philosophy of Club Exotica. The launch was attended by over 500 residents and turned the space into a community festival with Bicycle Motocross showcases, wellness workshops, live music performances, interactive activities and resident led experiences.
The new destination reflects the shift in residential preferences toward lifestyle focused developments with deeper amenity ecosystems. At Raheja Exotica, the addition of large scale outdoor infrastructure adds to the project’s positioning as a distinctive waterfront residential destination in Mumbai.
Designed for residents across age groups, Endora includes a skate park and pump track for Bicycle Motocross enthusiasts, a rock climbing zone and treehouse play area for children, a dedicated pet park and curated social spaces such as an outdoor bowling alley and an open barbecue zone. For wellness and relaxation, the space also features a yoga and meditation deck.
An open air amphitheatre with a large screen has been created for community gatherings, movie nights and cultural experiences. Café Aufside adds a casual dining space where residents can unwind and connect within the outdoor environment.
