Lumina Datamatics has won the IMC RBNQA Performance Excellence Trophy 2025 in the Service category, adding to its recognition in operational quality and business performance.
The award was presented during a ceremony held at the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Mumbai on 30 April 2026 as part of the IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Awards 2025.
The IMC RBNQA Awards are regarded among India’s established benchmarks for organisational excellence. According to the company, Lumina Datamatics was the only organisation recognised in the service segment this year, representing achievement across the business process management spectrum.
The selection process involved a multi stage evaluation conducted by a panel of judges assessing organisations on parameters including leadership, strategy, customer focus, operational effectiveness, and business performance.
