Sarvjeet Singh Virk, CEO of jUMPP, said jAI turns everyday interactions into insights as the platform brings Hindi and English voice support for expenses, budgets, savings, and wealth planning.
Voice based financial guidance is entering everyday money management as Finvasia introduces jAI, India’s first voice based AI finance buddy, on its jUMPP platform in partnership with YES Bank.
Launched in New Delhi on 5 May 2026, jAI is designed to help users speak about their finances and receive real time conversational guidance. The feature allows users to track expenses, manage budgets, and plan savings without relying on complex dashboards or manual tracking.
Finvasia said traditional finance tools often depend on structured interactions that may feel restrictive for users. jAI has been developed around natural conversation, allowing people to discuss their finances in Hindi or English and receive contextual responses in the language they are comfortable with.
The product is powered by a multi agent AI architecture, where different AI agents manage areas such as expense tracking, budgeting, savings, income analysis, credit insights, and long term planning. These agents work together to provide a unified view of a user’s financial life.
jAI is also designed to offer proactive support by identifying spending patterns and giving timely nudges. It can flag increased spending, warn users when they approach budget limits, and suggest saving opportunities so that users can remain financially aware with less manual effort.
Sarvjeet Singh Virk, CEO of jUMPP, said, “The future of money management is deeply personal. It should start with your data and adapt to your unique financial behaviour. With jAI, we have created a conversational layer that turns everyday interactions into meaningful insights.”
He added that users can move beyond static screens and use conversation to understand how they can work toward their wealth creation goals.
Built for India’s diverse user base, jAI currently supports Hindi and English, with more Indian languages planned. Finvasia said the voice based experience is intended to reduce barriers linked to financial literacy and make wealth creation more accessible.
On the technology side, jUMPP operates on secure cloud native AWS infrastructure with encrypted data systems and data protection aligned with the DPDP Rules 2025. Finvasia, the maker of jUMPP, is ISO 27001:2022 certified and PCI DSS compliant. It also operates an NBFC under Licence N 06.00609 and has YES Bank as its banking partner.
The platform uses Agentic AI, behavioural analytics, and a structured knowledge retrieval system to deliver accurate and context aware responses. With jAI, Finvasia aims to move personal finance from passive money management toward active wealth creation, especially for middle class users who may see wealth building as difficult or out of reach.
jUMPP is now available for download on the Play Store and App Store, where users can access jAI within the platform.
